Support details

The official contact page is the route for current purchase and setup requirements, since a historical forum reply cannot establish that a Discord invite still works.

The homepage promises English, Swedish and Russian support with remote help, 18/7 coverage for US and EU time zones, and average resolution below one hour. We did not test those promises. [1]

On July 7, 2025, unggey said purchase questions had gone unanswered through live chat, email and a deleted Discord route. The GGLoader forum account replied 37 minutes later, blamed messaging problems and offered a Discord follow-up, though no completed resolution was documented. [10]

GGLoader's homepage claims zero incidents, while public discussions contain disputed allegations of older bans, including a later recollection of reports in 2017 or 2018. We found neither a verified technical cause nor a complete incident record, so pixel-based design and paid private access give no basis for claiming immunity from bans.

Update record

The homepage advertises 99.9% uptime without measured outage-to-restoration examples or an independent uptime record. Its support-resolution claims also leave game-patch recovery unmeasured. [1][5]

The thread supplies no affected-account list, ban notices or reproducible technical evidence, and Naarian also promoted GoHandsFree during the discussion.
In an August 7, 2022 reply, 0x41^4 recalled a few reports from 2017 or 2018 without remembering which year. That later recollection cannot independently confirm the same incident.
A separate September 2018 poster reported a ban after gold duplication, which does not demonstrate a GGLoader detection.
