Which rotation providers need an unlocker?

Murlocs, Phoenix, EpicSyncPro and NilName Rotations all sit on someone else's unlocker, and their lists don't overlap neatly. Murlocs supports several, Phoenix names WardenGG and Daemonic, and EpicSyncPro splits its engines and addon requirements. MurlocDaemonicEpicSyncPro

SYNQ adds a marketplace on top. Each product has its own author, scope and release stage (several carry alpha or beta labels), and all 23 products listed at the last check were for Retail. Buying one suite doesn't unlock the rest of the store. SYNQSYNQ

Pixel routines and free public code

GGLoader sells a pixel-based setup with no Lua unlocker: class or Basic access plus a paid trial. Its public status page still has placeholders and old patch labels, so current build and class coverage are open questions. GGLoaderGGLoaderGGLoader

BadRotations and Bastion for TCX are free public frameworks rather than all-spec subscriptions. The code is there, but somebody has to keep the profile current for your patch, and BadRotations' own status matrix mixes profiles targeting 12.0.0 with ones still on 10.x or 11.x. GitHubTCX

What does the price line leave out?

Often the unlocker, an addon, a class pack, a profile or extra sessions. Pizza's VIP time costs USD 7 for 7 days, USD 20 for 30 or USD 55 for 90, and doesn't include the Inferno client it needs. NilName Rotations is $10 per session at Gotham with no stated duration. PizzabyteNilName
