WOW UNLOCKER COMPARISON
What is the best WoW unlocker?
PSP takes first place for Windows Retail players who want to use Sylvanas scripts. WardenGG comes second and takes a different route, letting you choose compatible rotations and bots from other developers.
For PSP, budget for PS Base at EUR 35/month and its EUR 40 entry fee as well as the EUR 80 Private add-on, whose duration we could not confirm. Those are substantial extras, and one reason to read the requirements before deciding that first place means the right purchase for you.
How we chose this order
We asked over 100 WoW community members about the unlockers they use. Their feedback helped us choose this order, alongside the prices, requirements and incident reports linked in each profile.
These are editorial choices based on reported experiences and public sources. We have not installed or tested these products. A higher place does not establish better performance or a lower chance of a ban.
The feedback total covers the unlocker comparison as a whole, rather than each product. We use it to inform the order, not to present the positions as published vote totals.

- Rank 1 / Tier S
Project Sylvanas PrivateOfficial source verified
- Fits
- PSP gives you private access to Sylvanas for assisted play, using the same scripts and plugins as PS Base.
- System and game
- The documented setup runs Retail on Windows 10 1909 through Windows 11 25H2 with DirectX 12. Support for other Private editions needs confirmation.
- Listed cost
EUR 80 add-on + PS Base
The seller lists Private at EUR 80 without a confirmed duration. You also need PS Base at EUR 35/month and its EUR 40 entry fee, plus any paid plugins you choose.
- Needs and access
- You need approval, a PS account, Base and the Private add-on. Community reports also describe an ID check, as explained in the notice below.ID verification requiredCommunity-reported
- Update record
- The shared PS history includes the 18 August readiness announcement, but does not separately time the Private rollout. Update log and sources
- Main limit
- The public evidence does not put a measurable benefit on the Private premium, and the offer excludes unattended botting.
- Rank 2 / Tier A
WardenGGOfficial source verified
- Fits
- WardenGG suits Windows Retail players who want to choose compatible scripts from providers such as Murloc, Phoenix, EpicSync Pro or LootRoute.
- System and game
- It requires Windows 10 22H2 or a listed Windows 11 build, plus TPM 2.0. Support covers Retail in the EU, US and China, with no macOS or Classic version.
- Listed cost
EUR 39.99/month; CN EUR 20/month
EUR 39.99/month for EU/US or EUR 20/month for China gets you the framework. You pay separately for the rotations or bots you run on it.
- Needs and access
- You apply through Discord and need approval, a WGG subscription and the required Windows setup. The third-party scripts you choose have their own access terms.
- Update record
- Five provider-published announcement gaps range from 24 minutes to 10 hours 38 minutes, although they do not measure total downtime. Update log and sources
- Main limit
- The named integrations have documentation behind them. We do not have comparative tests showing better uptime or lower ban risk than the alternatives.
- Rank 3 / Tier A
Project SylvanasOfficial source verified
- Fits
- Base gives you the regular Sylvanas scripts, Lua SDK, visual tools and plugin marketplace without needing to buy Private.
- System and game
- It runs on Windows with DirectX 12. Retail/Midnight and TBC Anniversary are advertised, so match the current branch to the version you play.
- Listed cost
EUR 35/month + EUR 40 entry fee
The seller lists EUR 35/month and a EUR 40 entry fee. Paid plugins, Private and PS Bot are additional purchases.
- Needs and access
- You need PS account approval and Base access, with any paid plugins chosen for your WoW edition.
- Update record
- A dated changelog and 18 August Midnight Season 2 readiness announcement show updates, but do not time exact patch turnaround. Update log and sources
- Main limit
- Base is a complete platform in its own right. Its place below Private is an editorial preference, not a measured performance difference.
- Rank 4 / Tier B
TCX CoreOfficial source verified
- Fits
- TCX offers Lua APIs, navigation and a script store, with a public changelog you can follow when choosing its script ecosystem.
- System and game
- TCX runs on Windows, with distinct downloads for global Retail/PTR and selected China Classic clients. Support for China Classic does not establish global Classic support.
- Listed cost
From $16, reseller-listed
Halenir lists $16 for one session without a confirmed period; the $20 renewal terms also need checking. We could not verify an official numeric monthly core price.
- Needs and access
- You need a TCX license and compatible scripts or bots. Cloud script-store subscriptions are billed by the hour and are separate from the unlocker key.
- Update record
- The dated Retail and Classic logs include same-day revisions, but provide no complete series of patch-turnaround measurements. Update log and sources
- Main limit
- Work out the client region, subscription period and required scripts together. A low session price is not enough to establish what the whole setup costs.
- Rank 5 / Tier B
DaemonicOfficial source verified
- Fits
- Daemonic is a Windows unlocker with a documented directory of rotations and bots supplied by other developers.
- System and game
- It runs on Windows, with Retail, TBC and MoP coverage depending on the add-on and current game build.
- Listed cost
USD 25 / 30 days, one session
The official offer is USD 25 for 30 days and one session. Extra sessions, rotations and bots are separate costs.
- Needs and access
- Buy unlocker access and the compatible add-on you need, after making sure both vendors support the setup you want.
- Update record
- Public integration updates show activity, but core patch turnaround remains untimed and 99.9% uptime remains a provider claim. Update log and sources
- Main limit
- An advertised all-expansions offer still depends on current build support. The particular add-on you choose may cover fewer versions.
- Rank 6 / Tier B
NilName
- Fits
- NilName supplies the Windows framework for several integrations, including Lunar routines on its Advanced plan.
- System and game
- It advertises broad WoW expansion support on Windows, although a complete list of currently supported builds is not public.
- Listed cost
$20 / 30 days via Gotham
Gotham lists $20/30 days for one global session or $14 for China, without confirming the dollar currency code. Extra sessions share an expiry date, and NN Rotations costs extra.
- Needs and access
- Choose the NilName plan your project requires; Lunar on Windows needs Advanced. The historical free Basic plan is not a confirmed current offer.
- Update record
- The public changelog documents Warden-related changes, but its relative dates cannot establish turnaround in hours. Update log and sources
- Main limit
- NN Rotations is sold separately at a listed $10/session with no stated duration, so it should not be counted as part of the unlocker subscription.
- Rank 7 / Tier B
Lunar UnlockerOfficial source verified
- Fits
- Lunar is the native macOS option in this shortlist, with its own unlocker and a marketplace for rotations.
- System and game
- The provider lists Apple Silicon, Intel and Hackintosh, with clients for Retail 12.0.7, MoP 5.5.4, TBC 2.5.5 and Era 1.15.8.
- Listed cost
Price shown after Discord sign-in
Access is bought with credits after Discord login, and individual projects can cost extra. We could not verify a current public numeric price or subscription period.
- Needs and access
- You need Discord login, server membership, unlocker access and your chosen project. Lunar routines on Windows instead require NilName Advanced.
- Update record
- Lunar reports ongoing monitoring and lists supported branches, but publishes no timed patch-response sample found in this review. Update log and sources
- Main limit
- Look at the live credit price and chosen routine before paying. The published platform tests come from the provider; we have not reproduced them as benchmarks.
- Rank 8 / Tier C
GL Epsilon
- Fits
- GL Epsilon is a macOS bot and unlocker offered by a reseller, with both parts drawing from one key-time balance.
- System and game
- The reseller lists macOS 12 through 26.3 and Retail/TBC/Era/China variants, although exact current build support needs confirmation.
- Listed cost
Reseller key-day packages
The listing shows 9.99 base plus a 90 variant marked 300 key-days, with renewal at 9.99/30 key-days. It leaves the currency and final checkout total unresolved.
- Needs and access
- Choose the key for your region and check how its balance is spent. Running the bot and unlocker can use that balance faster than calendar time passes.
- Update record
- The public review found neither a release history nor a timed patch-turnaround record. Update log and sources
- Main limit
- Developer identity and current build coverage remain unclear. The numbers in the listing do not establish a verified monthly or combined checkout price.
First pick
PSP leads the shortlist, provided you want Sylvanas scripts and are prepared to pay for PS Base as well.
WardenGG and PS Base
WardenGG runs compatible third-party scripts, while PS Base gives you the regular Sylvanas platform.
More platforms worth comparing
TCX, Daemonic and NilName offer other Windows setups, while Lunar serves macOS. Their usefulness depends on which scripts and WoW version you need.
Specialist options
GL Epsilon combines a macOS bot and unlocker, with a shared key-time balance that needs a closer look before buying.
Lunar has two profiles: the macOS unlocker is ranked above; the rotations and marketplace have their own prices and requirements.
