Overview

Project Sylvanas combines combat rotations, targeting, prediction and visual tools in a Windows platform with its own Lua SDK and a marketplace of free and paid plugins. The seller describes an internal scripting platform rather than a conventional WoW Lua unlocker, which matters when choosing scripts: they need to support the PS environment. [1][3][12][13]

More about this product

Base covers assisted play, with private access available through PSP and unattended automation through PS Bot. Both add-ons are separate purchases. [3]

Public early access opened on October 25 2024 with temporarily free access, following what the seller described as more than a year of development. Paid offers followed in 2025. [12][13]

This public offer was updated by the seller on 18 August 2026, with paid plugins and Private or Bot add-ons charged separately. The USD 30 offers belong to the earlier price history. Flawless lists a separate USD 49.99/30 days offer for existing Sylvanas accounts, while APMNerds sells Gold in HKD; that Gold buys account credit rather than a fixed subscription duration.

Community and support

The documentation is public, while subscriptions and support run through the PS account system and Discord. A public Discord was announced in August 2026, but membership does not include paid product access.

Support details

PS keeps its docs public and uses the account system and Discord for subscriptions and support. The seller described stricter applications and subscriber-only Discord access on June 19 2026, then announced a new public Discord on August 18. That opens a community entry point without granting paid access.

Discord tickets handle setup, purchase and trial questions, and the common-issues guide also points users to a report-issues channel. [2][6]

A February 2026 complaint about a loader-account restriction ended with the seller offering to review a refund and the customer reporting payment on 2 March. It is evidence that this case was resolved, not a promise about another refund request. [15]

The developer program offers a trial tier by application and a senior tier, with the documented marketplace split allocating 70% to developers and 30% to the platform. [7]

Update record

The dated changelog and 18 August Midnight Season 2 readiness announcement show continuing development, although neither pairs game-patch times with service restoration times. [13][9]

Update log and evidence (14)

The public changelog shows substantial development without accounting for every WoW patch and compatibility fix. Plugins update through the account library, but a freshly updated rotation is only useful once the core platform supports your game build.

Testimonials describe both quick updates and interruptions, but provide no matching game-patch and service-restoration times. That leaves us unable to establish an average, median, worst-case delay or uptime percentage. [13][9]

  • The newest visible changelog entry does not necessarily identify the build currently running.

  • A security stop can interrupt play without, by itself, establishing detection or a banwave.
  • A later rebuild cannot establish that accounts already flagged will avoid delayed enforcement.

Ban reports and history

The seller acknowledged a March 2025 ban wave, followed by further user reports of bans. The record is too incomplete to establish a total or reliably identify the PS edition in every case.

About these reports

PS has an acknowledged March 2025 wave and later community reports of further bans. That rules out a spotless public history, while the gaps in dates and edition names prevent a reliable count of every incident or assignment to each product.

The review spans public product docs, the release index, official sales and early-access posts, and dated forum discussions from October 2024 through September 12 2026. Private Discord announcements, raw ban notices and software binaries were not inspected, and some similar complaints may describe the same event.

Edition breakdown and technical cause unverified. [22][18][19][14]

Full report, cause and response

Affected scope: PS platform; no reliable Base/PSP/PSB breakdown

  • Replies on August 25-26 describe roughly two to three days of service interruption without a verified outage timeline.
  • Estimates range from 20-30 bans to much higher guesses, with some posts confusing blocked or flagged sessions with bans. None supplies a total user count that can be checked.
Cause: UnknownExplain the labels

The reports do not explain the enforcement or demonstrate a detection method that can be reproduced.

Provider response
On August 24, blue_silvi reported fewer than 120 bans since release and pointed readers to Discord announcements. That cumulative provider figure cannot serve as the count for this wave.

Loader-account restriction and refund dispute

Provider response and later customer follow-up

A customer complained that the PS loader blocked access while subscription time ran down; the seller attributed such restrictions to the platform's own automated protection. [15]

The restriction affected PS access rather than the WoW account; the customer reports receiving a refund. [15]

Full report, cause and response

Affected scope: PS service account; not a Blizzard account ban

  • The customer reported a refund on March 2, but the platform account restriction itself does not establish WoW detection.
Cause: UnknownExplain the labels

PS attributed the restriction to its own protection system without identifying this account's trigger. The evidence therefore concerns platform access rather than game enforcement.

blue_silvi apologized and offered to review refund eligibility without disclosing the technical trigger for this account.
