How are reseller keys delivered?
Gotham delivers some keys automatically, while GL Epsilon goes through a manual ticket. Halenir auto-delivers in-stock keys and fulfils backorders by hand with no firm deadline. Unicom uses automatic delivery or a Discord ticket depending on the product, and Flawless starts with Discord verification before checkout. Note which method applies to the product you picked. Who handles which problem?

When does the clock start, and can you get a refund?
Check whether the period starts at purchase, delivery or activation; AKH at Gotham starts at activation. Some Gotham products need a permanent Basic or Full choice. WardenGG access still depends on application approval even if a shop lists a license. GothamWardenGGGotham
A replacement isn't a refund. Unicom's terms (version 3.0, effective 29 July 2026) promise a repair, replacement or equivalent within five days for a confirmed reproducible defect, a refund on request if that fails, and account credit for qualifying downtime over 48 hours. What to keep for a support ticket
Order number, product name, duration, session count, account email, activation date, seller contact and provider contact. Screenshot the listing if the shop uses a dynamic quick view. That gives the seller something to check instead of a vague complaint. GothamReseller listing
