Overview

Bastion for TCX is tcxcore's adaptation of 4n0n's public Lua rotation framework for TCX-Retail and TCX Core, which needs an underlying TCX license to run. [1]

More about this product

The framework tracks objects, units, spells and auras, with action priority lists, party and raid targeting, healing support, events and saved module settings available through a configurable interface. The README says it no longer requires the external Abstract-Framework. [1]

The README records 87 Retail rotation scripts moving to the separate Bastion-CR project, which keeps Retail, Titan and TBC modules in distinct groups. It records a migration without demonstrating that every spec is complete on the current client. [1]

Before you buy

  • Moving 87 scripts does not establish that every current spec has a working routine.
  • Your TCX license must support the game build you use, and you still need the chosen rotation modules.
  • The public record does not show measured recovery times after game patches.

More on Public framework

The public code comes without a TCX license, and being able to download it does not establish reuse rights for every component.

Community and support

Bastion publishes its code and development history on GitHub and directs users to TCX's Discord through the README, without a support response-time guarantee that we could find.

We have not independently tested Bastion for performance or security. Its public code and commit history let you inspect what was published, without establishing how well it resists detection.

Update record

Public history shows maintenance through August 2026, but does not pair game-patch outages with verified recovery times from which to calculate an average turnaround. [2]
